Collaboration, Commitment & Community

There is no question that COVID-19 has presented our customers, the industries we serve and our company with extraordinary challenges. The world has changed and while uncertainty remains, we are hopeful and optimistic that Total Tech Summit in November will take place in person as planned.

We are taking the time now to focus on how we can deliver the best possible event experience working with our venue and partners to ensure the intimacy and format of our event will allow for connecting in a safe & healthy environment.

We want to assure you that we are following all the guidelines set forth by the CDC, state, and local officials. Below are some things we are looking to implement this November and you can find more information about our COVID-19 response on the Emerald website:

  • Enhanced cleaning measures and increased frequency at the convention center.
  • Sanitation stations across the venue (hand washing and hand sanitizer).
  • Ways to reduce crowding and keep social distancing in lobbies, classrooms and on the show floor.

In the event that Total Tech Summit cannot take place as originally planned, we intend to host a dynamic and engaging virtual experience. It will be designed to provide the small group and one-on-one interactions that make Total Tech Summit such an important resource for so many businesses. Now more than ever, it’s important for our industry to come together to build businesses that last.

With a changing world comes great opportunity to learn, to innovate, to forge our industries forward with great ideas and great partners. Over the next few weeks and months, we will stay in close contact with all of you so we can plan for a successful Total Tech Summit together.
