Custom, Commercial and Security Summit guests will learn from experts during engaging general sessions.
The Total Tech Summit is known for assembling titans of the industry to be a part of the educational aspect of the event that hosts 350 of the country’s top integrators and security companies. This year is no different, with content designed to help attendees grow and improve their businesses.
CE Pro, Commercial Integrator and Security Sales & Integration guests will have their own content tracks with topics selected specifically for them and speakers carefully vetted for each subject. Each segment will have its own Fresh Horses – Products & Applications Your Company Can Ride for Revenue & Profit Growth session, with specific category focuses.
Each track also will feature a dedicated roundtable session – one of the hallmarks of an AE Ventures event. The Best Practice Soup Roundtables will highlight best business practices before turning it over to guests to brainstorm innovative, new approaches to company improvement.
In addition to these shared session topics, the CE Pro, CI and SSI tracks will have two distinct sessions crafted based on their industry’s latest trends.
The Total Quality Installation, Service & Support session will provide tips and instruction on how to get customer service right and turn new clients into raving fans. In the Leveraging the Larger Opportunity of Voice & Speech Recognition breakfast presentation, guests will learn how to optimize the Voice User Interface in both custom and production home installations.
Among the featured CE Pro session speakers are: Jim Carroll, Connected Home Advisory Group; Dan Fulmer, Fultech Solutions; Joey Kolchinsky, OneVision; Jonathan Law, Real Audio Video; Gordon van Zuiden, cyberManor.
