Tigerpaw Software Unveils New Interface Ahead of Total Tech Summit

Company representatives will show integrators how the UI’s updates refresh its look and feel and will create for an easier user experience.

Tigerpaw Software has been a consistent presence for years at the Total Tech Summit and has been a popular vendor among guests. Each year, the company has connected with several new integrators who have found their business processes could be improved with its software.

Tigerpaw’s comprehensive tool empowers its users to manage, automate and integrate business functions. Among the nation’s top custom, commercial and security integrators who attend the Total Tech Summit, the software company is strongest with those in the AV, security, telco and IT industries. And, to help them understand why its features can help their businesses, the team doesn’t rely on just a sales pitch with those guests.

“What we’re doing is we’re listening to them” explains Tigerpaw national account executive Richard Chrostek. “What do they want to fix? What do they want to improve on? They’re going to tell you and they’re excited to tell you. That’s where we can help improve a business.”

At the 2018 Total Tech Summit, Chrostek and his colleagues will have a new tool to excite prospective customers. Tigerpaw is releasing a new user interface next week, which will be just months old when the Summit begins.

The Tigerpaw UI has not seen a major update since the late 1990’s, with only some new feature additions eight years ago that improved the existing product. This new redesign has a fresher look, is sophisticated and is less complicated to use. When the Total Tech Summit rolls around in November, the Tigerpaw team will be eager to present it.

“We’re looking forward to showing off our new interface,” says Chrostek. “People are impressed with the new look and feel. They really like it. We did look like Microsoft 1996. But, we’re definitely past that now. The new interface refreshes our look, and we feel like we belong in this decade. So that’s helping us a ton.”

Chrostek figures the new UI will only add to the success the company has had over the years at the Summit. Tigerpaw has been able to find many new customers from among the guests and is looking forward to continuing that with the added features.

“We love going to the event,” he says. “There’s decision-makers at the event. It’s the best lead-generator for decision-makers you’re going to find. You get to straight-on talk with them. You can’t beat that. They are interested in talking to you. They understand they have to keep investing in their business to keep it growing. And, that’s fantastic.”
